I'm Yvonne Torres — a 20+ year HR executive turned strategist, with a track record guiding organizations, executives, and individuals through complex employment, workforce, and life decisions.
Most recently, I served as Assistant Human Resources Director for a $1.4 billion public organization, overseeing HR strategy and compliance for nearly 5,000 employees. Before that, I spent years advising executives on employment law, risk mitigation, workforce planning, and high-stakes negotiations.
Along the way, I earned a certification in Transformative Mediation — training in exactly the kind of structured, neutral, process-driven thinking that turns conflict and confusion into resolution.
